Fees, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Fees- For Stained Glass Courses only, payment can be made prior to the course start date via the Workshop's owner; Sally Basson. For security reasons, bank details will be provided from Sally once you have expressed interest in a course, via email. The cost of your course must be paid in full prior to the course beginning. We do not accept part payments or deposits. Please check that there is a place available on your chosen course through general enquiries found on the 'contact us' page or by contacting the independent tutor herself. Your place will be secured when payment is received. Fees for each Stained Glass Course are shown on the Enrolment Form, found on the 'Book a Course' page. All other courses including; Silverwork, Silver & Enamelling, are booked and managed through the tutors own website as listed on the 'meet the tutors' page. Therefore all payments must be made through each respective Tutor.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy- If for any reason we have to cancel a Stained Glass Course, we will refund you in full, and as much notice as possible will be provided to you.
If you cancel 14 days or more before your Stained Glass course start date, we will refund minus 20% of the course cost. If less than 14 days notice is given prior to your cancellation, we will not refund. Refund policies for all other course can be found on the Tutors own site, as listed on the 'meet the tutors' page.
In the unlikely event a tutor has to cancel a session, you will be offered a refund for that session, or an alternative date or time as an replacement session.
We are not able to offer you a refund or a replacement session, if you miss a session.
